Home Improvements
As part of our Resident Service Agency licensure with the State of Maryland, we also offer home improvements, provided by a licensed MHIC contractor. These improvements include, but are not limited to: painting, drywall repairs, new decks, ramp installation, replacement of balcony railings, remodeling of rooms, and any other needs you may encounter. We can also retrofit your home for the changing needs of your loved one. Examples of this include, but are not limited to: installation of ramps to use for wheelchairs, additions of grip bars for the bathroom and shower, and widening of doorways to accommodate wheelchairs and walkers. With advance notice, we can also provide transportation for errands, shopping, and doctor appointments. We can help you and your loved ones, with changing medical needs, with yard work, and home maintenance. Also, we can customize a "home watch" program for you or a loved one while you are in the hospital or an assisted living facility.
